How we make money
Some links to VPN providers are affiliate links: if you buy through one, the provider may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra, and it never decides a ranking.

How our links work
Every link to a provider goes through an address on this site, such as vpnscompared.com/go/surfshark, which sends you straight on to the provider. That lets us change a link in one place and count how many people follow it. These links are marked as sponsored for search engines.
What commissions don't change
- Price tables are sorted by what plans cost, renewals included.
- The VPN finder scores every provider the same way, from the same facts.
- Providers that pay us nothing are listed and ranked like everyone else.
- We don't accept payment for placement, reviews or rankings, and we don't publish "exclusive" deals or coupon codes.
The price you see after clicking
Providers change prices without notice. The price at the provider's checkout is the one that counts; if it's different from ours, tell us.
